Welcome to HoloHIIT, where you will leave your limits at the door. Our 45 minute group sessions not only train your body but challenge the mindset holding you back. Powered by infrared heat and expert coaching, our workouts provide a full-body challenge designed to refine your form and enhance your fitness. Our gym offers a complete strength training area, as well as fully equipped locker rooms with showers.

Ho'ā

A class designed to kindle your inner fire. Ho'a combines light weights, resistance training, and explosive HIIT cardio intervals to accelerate your metabolism and sculpt your body.

Ikaika

A class designed to develop resilience. Ikaika combines weights and functional movements with a focus on proper alignment. Built to increase muscular strength and endurance.

Hapa

Where fire meets strength. Hapa combines the dynamic energy of Ho‘ā with the power and precision of Ikaika for a full-body sweat that builds muscle and stamina.

Mana Flow

Harness energy to create strength and balance. In this invigorating session, you will move through dynamic yoga poses to build endurance and flexibility. Each breath will guide you deeper, tapping into your inner Mana.
